Return Policy
Any Products delivered to the Customer which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer's order, may be returned to Express Industrial Supplies within 30 days of delivery, at no cost to the Customer.
The Customer may otherwise return Products (excluding specially purchased products referred to below which may not be returned) to Express Industrial Supplies:
a) provided that it does so within 30 days of delivery;
b) provided that the Products are in their original packaging, unopened, and otherwise in a saleable condition; and
c) at the Customer's own expense, or to the Customer's account.
Special Products
Where a Customer requires a special product item which is not a Catalogue Product or a Contract Product, Express Industrial Supplies may procure the product item for the Customer. Special product purchases may only be available in the pack size or quantity offered by Express Industrial Supplies' Supplier.
Orders for a specially purchased product may not be cancelled or varied. No specially purchased product may be returned to Express Industrial Supplies, unless damaged or defective.
Return Procedure
In the case of all Product returns:
a) the invoice number must be quoted to, and a return authorization number must first be obtained from, Express Industrial Supplies;
b) a credit will be given to the Customer; and
c) risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by Express Industrial Supplies.
Restocking fees will be charged for returned items.
